Tool Station has become the latest trade outlet to take up residence at Magnum Trade Park on Fishwick Street in Rochdale, having opened its doors on the 31st October, leaving only one unit remaining on the popular site.
Tool Station are currently expanding across the UK and had identified Rochdale as a prime location. |

| The success of Magnum Trade Park continues, as Beva announce that Edmundson Electrical Ltd have taken the entrance plot on the site. The 3,600 sq ft unit will provide a new Rochdale base for the company, who have relocated from older premises in Regent Street. The branch will be one of over 250 Edmundson Electrical branches nationwide. |

| Beva Investments has secured two new occupiers at Vulcan Business Park in Oldham. Plastics Direct has acquired 20,150 sq ft having agreed a purchase price of £910,000. Betta Living Ltd has agreed a 3-year lease for 21,722 sq ft at £2.15 per sq ft. |

Beva have successfully let 192,000 sq ft of their Walker Park development to Pretek Precision Homes on a ten year lease. Pretek specialises in energy efficient, eco-responsible homes and are a new business involved in a rapidly growing market sector. |
