| The popularity of Greenvale Business Park continues as more occupiers take residence in the new and refurbished units. Engineering companies Kerf Developments and Ken Mills Engineering have both settled into their new units, with Elliots Packaging due to join them in March. Additionally Freudenberg have signed an agreement to take 47,000 sq ft of the refurbished premises for a new manufacturing facility for their Non-wovens division, which is hoped will be in production by this summer. |

| Magnum trade park in Rochdale has taken its first tenants and is proving to be a popular location for a variety of trade counter businesses. The first phase of occupiers includes Plumbase and PTS, plus Crown Decorator centres. Crown have already opened their doors and are seeing the benefits of the prime site, located in the direction of the new Kingsway business park. |

| Beva has bid a fond farewell to company Director Linda Whale after 24 years of hard work and dedication to the company. She celebrated her retirement with colleagues, customers and contacts at a lunch event held at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, which was enjoyed by all those who attended. |

| Beva recently held a breakfast viewing at Merlin Park, which was well attended by 60 industrial property agents. The event was in conjunction with ING Real Estate, to whom Beva have agreed a forward sale of phase two of the development. The site is now available for let, comprising 3 units of 30,000 to 62,000 sq ft, with Beva continuing to act for ING in letting the units to suitable tenants. |

| In one of the largest industrial property transactions in the North West in recent years, Beva Investments have bought a 470,352 sq.ft. industrial unit at Walker Park, Blackburn. The development, which will be renamed Beva @ Walker Park, lies immediately adjoining Junction 5 of the M65 network providing rapid access to the regional motorway network. |
