Aims
To be a flagship building. The client had a prominent location and wanted to project a strong professional company image. The building needed to have a 'feel good factor' which would benefit internal morale and customer perception.
Challenges
Ground issues were identified during survey and Beva's experience enabled them to be successfully overcome without further problems.
Solutions
Beva provided help and advice assisting in choice of materials and style of finishing to achieve the desired working environment and over all impact.

The building met all Joseph Gleave requirements by providing an excellent professional working environment, in which to conduct business with their blue chip clients. In addition it created a superior retail space to accommodate their new tool centre. The completed project delivered modern prominent premises ideally suited to reflect the changing image of the company.
